- To Create and share an AI Avatar based AI Interview to your candidates
- Click on Assessments
- Then Click on Create SMARTEVAL
- Then click on the "+" button
- Select "AI Interview"
- From the dropdown select the category
- Now select the sub category
- Now choose the specific role you are interviewing for
- select the Interview type
- Select the interview time from the dropdown
- Choose the language for interview questions
- Click on preview Questions to take a look at the questions that would be asked in the interview by the AI Avatar
- To publish this click on "Publish"
- Click on "Get link" if you want a link to send to anyone
- Click on "Copy" and you can share that copied link to your candidates
- If you want to send the email the link to the candidates in the distribution list click on 'Publish'
- Select publish only to selected users
- Click on "Open Selected Users List"
- Click on the distribution list you want to send the mail to
- Click on "Send Email" to send the Ai interview link to the candidates in the distribution list
