  1. To Create and share an AI Avatar based AI Interview to your candidates

  1. Click on Assessments

  1. Then Click on Create SMARTEVAL

  1. Then click on the "+" button

  1. Select "AI Interview"

  1. From the dropdown select the category

  1. Now select the sub category

  1. Now choose the specific role you are interviewing for

  1. select the Interview type

  1. Select the interview time from the dropdown

  1. Choose the language for interview questions

  1. Click on preview Questions to take a look at the questions that would be asked in the interview by the AI Avatar

  1. To publish this click on "Publish"

  1. Click on "Get link" if you want a link to send to anyone

  1. Click on "Copy" and you can share that copied link to your candidates

  1. If you want to send the email the link to the candidates in the distribution list click on 'Publish'

  1. Select publish only to selected users

  1. Click on "Open Selected Users List"

  1. Click on the distribution list you want to send the mail to

  1. Click on "Send Email" to send the Ai interview link to the candidates in the distribution list
