Manpower Requisition Form (MRF)
The hiring process starts with an MRF — a structured, multi-stage approval request for a new hire.
- Department setup: HR creates departments and invites members with defined roles (Department Member, Department Manager, HRBP) — supports bulk Excel upload for faster onboarding
- Any role can raise an MRF: Department Members, Department Managers, and HRBPs can all create requisitions; the approval path adapts to who created it
- AI auto-fill: Upload any document (JD, requisition brief) and the AI extracts and pre-fills all form fields instantly
- Role-based approval paths: Department Member MRFs flow through Manager → HRBP → HR; Manager MRFs go HRBP → HR; HRBP MRFs go directly to HR
- HR final approval: HR performs the final approval step for all MRFs
- Auto-generated JD: On HR approval, a Job Description is automatically created in draft state, ready to edit and activate
